About

An acoustic slat wall panel, sourced and stated plainly

Acoustic Wood Panels supplies an acoustic slat wall panel for UK trade and projects, produced by our manufacturing partner in Türkiye — with one rule above all others: no figure appears on this site before we can source it.

In short

We are a UK trade supplier, not the manufacturer. Our felt-and-MDF acoustic wall panel is produced by a manufacturing partner in Türkiye; we manage sales, technical support and supply in the UK/Europe. We hold no acoustic or fire-classification test reports for this product today, so we publish none — dimensions, decors and pallet quantities are stated by our manufacturing partner and confirmed again at the point of order.

What we supply

A slatted felt-and-MDF acoustic wall panel 6 mm MDF face cut into vertical slats over a 3 mm high-density acoustic felt backer = 9 mm total thickness, felt exposed in the gaps between slats — in 18 decors. It is produced by our manufacturing partner in Türkiye; our road-freight lanes from Türkiye typically move faster than the sea freight common from further afield.

What we will not do

We will not invent a figure. We do not currently hold independent test reports for sound absorption or reaction to fire for this product, so neither appears anywhere on this site — see our note on fire classifications. We will not describe an untested panel as “soundproofing”, because absorption and sound insulation are different things: stopping sound between rooms is a matter of mass and construction, not an absorptive finish. And we will not claim a certificate, classification or credential before it is granted and verifiable.

How we specify and source

For projects we help translate a room into a panel quantity and a coverage — use the reverberation calculator or the room-acoustic design studio with your own measured absorption data. Documentation we hold — and any we receive in future — is published as each is confirmed, on the trade & projects page. How we verify every claim is set out in our editorial & sourcing policy.

Where we work

We serve UK trade and projects — offices, education, hospitality, healthcare and homes — by sector and room by room. The learning resources, calculators and specification pages are open now.

The honesty moat

Proven, not promised.

Flip the switch. The claim doesn't get louder — it gets backed.

Illustrative demo — not measured data. The αw and rating on the left are fabricated marketing examples shown to make the contrast visible, not measurements. Real absorption figures come only from a named ISO 354 report; fire integrity only from test evidence within the certified field of application. Certification pre-launch.
