Is there a minimum order to open a trade account?

Order units are by pallet — 75 panels per pallet. There is no separate account-opening minimum beyond ordering by the pallet; see pallets and loading for the full configuration.

Do trade account holders get samples?

Yes — request a sample pack of the decors you're considering stocking before committing to a pallet order.
