A trade account and the price list are one request, not two: tell us your business type, rough order pattern and delivery postcode, and we confirm pallet pricing, lead times and payment terms directly. The terms themselves are published up front — minimum order one pallet of 75 panels, 50% deposit and 50% before dispatch, DAP — so the only thing an enquiry gets you that this page does not is the price. We supply the trade only, and that is structural: the pallet minimum means we cannot sell to someone panelling one room.

What's published up front. Minimum order, payment terms, lead-time framework and Incoterms are all published on the wholesale hub— you do not need to ask us for them.

Minimum order. One pallet — 75 panels. Roughly 110–206 m² depending on the panel size chosen (75 × 1.464 m² at 600 × 2440 mm, up to 75 × 2.75 m² at 1000 × 2750 mm).

Payment. 50% deposit to confirm the order, 50% before dispatch. Payment is by bank transfer, in GBP or EUR. We do not offer credit accounts; terms are reviewable once there is trading history.

Incoterms. DAP (delivered at place). We arrange and pay for transport to your named UK or European address. Import clearance and any duties or taxes at destination are yours — and for a UK delivery that is also what decides who carries the UK Timber Regulation operator duty. How do I open a trade account, and how do I get the price list?

Is there a minimum order to open a trade account?

One pallet — 75 panels, roughly 110–206 m² depending on the size you choose. There is no separate account-opening minimum beyond ordering by the pallet. Payment is 50% deposit to confirm the order and 50% before dispatch; we do not offer credit accounts.

Do I need to be a VAT-registered company to open a trade account?

No. There is no registration or VAT-number gate — tell us your business type (online retailer, showroom, merchant or fit-out supplier) and your rough order pattern, and we set up trade pricing from there. The only hard requirement is the order minimum: one pallet, because that is the smallest load that ships economically by road from Türkiye.

Do trade account holders get samples?

Yes — request a sample pack of the decors you're considering stocking before committing to a pallet order.

Do you sell direct to consumers, and would you compete with me?

We cannot, and it is structural rather than a promise. The minimum order is a pallet of 75 panels — roughly 110–206 m² — which is far more than anyone panelling a room needs. There is no consumer checkout on this site and no price list for one. When someone arrives here fitting a single room, we tell them plainly that we cannot supply them, and we ask where they are so that we can point them at a retailer once one carries the panel. That is worth knowing before you stock any supplier in this category: check who else owns the brands you would be competing with.
