Trade & wholesale FAQs

Direct answers to what trade buyers ask before opening an account: minimum order quantities, pallet configurations, lead times, Incoterms, payment and restocking. Every answer below is published in full on the linked page — nothing here is withheld to a sales call.

Is there a minimum order quantity for trade supply?

Yes — one pallet, which is 75 panels. That works out at roughly 110–206 m² depending on the panel size you choose. A pallet is the smallest unit that ships economically by road from Türkiye; below it, per-unit freight cancels out the price advantage of buying from us rather than from UK stock. It is a larger first order than a marketplace minimum, which is why we send samples first.

What are your trade lead times?

Panels are supplied by our manufacturing partner in Türkiye and delivered by road freight, typically 6–10 days and up to around 12 days door-to-door, against roughly 25–45 days for comparable sea freight from further east. Lead times are confirmed per order — see our lead times and delivery page.

How are pallets loaded?

75 panels per pallet, as stated by our manufacturing partner. We are not yet publishing a base-layer or double-stacked loading configuration: the figures we hold do not state what they count, and we will not quote a loading number we cannot explain. Loading plans are confirmed per order once weights are finalised.

Can I get samples before placing a trade order?

Yes — sample packs are available; see our samples page to request one.

What does DAP mean for delivery?

DAP (Delivered At Place) means we arrange and pay for transport to your named UK or European address; you handle import clearance and any duties or taxes due at destination. That last part decides more than the freight bill: for a UK delivery, being named as importer is also what carries the UK Timber Regulation operator duty, which is the full due-diligence duty rather than a trader's record-keeping. We set out that reading on [importing & compliance](/wholesale/importing-and-compliance).

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit to confirm the order, 50% before dispatch. We do not offer credit accounts: we would be financing a buyer while prepaying the factory. The deposit is what starts the production order. Terms are reviewable once there is trading history.

How often can I restock?

Restocking cadence depends on your order pattern and our road-freight lead times from Türkiye; see our wholesale page for the full framework.

Do you offer a trade price list?

Yes, on request rather than published on the site — see our trade price list page to request current pricing.

Do you supply online retailers as well as showrooms and merchants?

Yes — see our pages for online retailers and for showrooms & merchants for the specific framing for each.

What compliance documentation do you hold for import?

See our importing and compliance page for UK Timber Regulation guidance and the current status of our documentation, which we publish honestly as it is issued rather than in advance.

Do you offer own-label or private-label packaging?

Not at present.

Which decors are available for wholesale orders?

The same 18 decors as the standard range — the full list is at /finishes. There is no separate trade range and no decor that is retail-only.

What are the panel dimensions for trade orders?

600 mm and 1000 mm widths, 2440 mm and 2750 mm lengths as currently stated by our manufacturing partner, confirmed again on order.

Can I order non-standard sizes?

Possibly — ask us. The standard sizes are 600/1000 mm widths and 2440/2750 mm lengths, but non-standard sizes may be available on request. We confirm any bespoke size with our manufacturing partner before you commit, rather than promise a dimension we have not checked.

What happens if panels arrive damaged?

Tell us promptly with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we replace or credit the affected panels. Road freight is well suited to palletised panels, but transit damage does occasionally happen; when it does on a delivery we arranged, it is on us to put right.

Where do you deliver?

The UK and Europe. Because Türkiye borders the EU by road, most European destinations are a shorter road-freight lane than the UK — so the transit ranges we publish for the UK are the longer end, not the shortest. We confirm the route and window for your address at the point of order.

Can I mix decors on one pallet?

Yes. Decors can be mixed within a pallet, so a single pallet can carry a spread of colours rather than 75 panels of one — which is what lets a retailer stock a range from one order rather than committing to a single decor. We confirm the exact mix, and any minimum per decor, when you place the order.

Is each order made to order, or shipped from stock?

It can be either, depending on the decor and quantity — some ship from stock, others are made to order, which adds production time before the freight leg. We confirm which applies to your decors, and the resulting lead time, at the point of order rather than assume it.
